Quick Start Guide

Install SplitMonX on Android, set up your profile, and start splitting within 2 minutes.

Welcome to SplitMonX! Follow these simple steps to install the app and create your first shared group.

1. Download & Installation - Download the official release APK for your device architecture (ARM64 recommended for modern phones) from our [Download Page](/download). - When prompted by Android, enable **Install from unknown sources** for your browser or file manager. - Open the APK and tap **Install**.

2. Sign In & Setup - Launch SplitMonX and sign in using your Google account or email credentials. - Choose your display name and upload an optional profile photo. - SplitMonX automatically sets your home currency based on your initial selection.

3. Create Your First Group - From the Dashboard, tap the **+** (New Group) button. - Give your group a title (e.g., *"Weekend in Murree"* or *"Apartment 4B"*). - Select your group's primary currency (e.g., PKR, USD, EUR, etc.). - Add friends by email or select existing contacts.
